From yesterday I am feeling dry cough and slight right chest pain and weekness too sometimes so suggest me how to get rid of this issue and what to do

Hi, sometimes after a cough you might get pain in the chest which is usually muscular. Watch for few days and see how it progress. Also watch symptoms of sore throat, fever, running nose. If you develop breathing difficulty or worsening of cough kindly visit the nearest emergency department.
