Feeling tired after bath or even during the first hour on college could be due to lack of good sleep in the night. You will require atleast 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. You haven't mentioned your sleeping pattern; that is when you go to bed and when you wake up.
If it is a lifestyle issue, take corrective measures probably seek help from elders at home or consult a Counsellor, if required.
To rule out health related issues, such as any deficiency please consider going for a comprehensive health check-up with advise of a General Physician
