Feeling sleepy

From past three days I am continuously feeling sleepy and sleeping for almost 15 to 16 hours per day apart from that I don't have any fever nor headache.

There may be  less salt in your food, so drink lemon  water with salt and sugar 3 times a day for 5 days.

Try hydrating urself with water. Dehydration can cause sleepiness. Drink water. Any drugs u r on?
