Normally what happens is that after a break up, people lose their self confidence for a while. They kind of blame themselves for the break up. The memories associated with everything thing and every place haunt u. Plus the fear being alone as u were in a relationship for some time, u r not used to being alone.
All these things lead to such symptoms.
It's okay. It's normal.
U need to give yourself time. U r a normal human with feelings. It's normal to be hurt.

Keep calm. Just let this time pass. Don't make any rigorous efforts to feel Better. Just decide one thing about your relationship and stick to it. U r not scared of her coming back, u rather hope that she comes back and this hope is giving u pain. Decide one thing once and for all. I'm sure u'd get better as time passes

Regular exercise and doing things that u love will help. Getting out of that atmosphere and going on a trip helps too.
