I welcome ur thought of sharing ur issues with
us. Ur problem is genuine & very organic in its
nature.
Ideas of regrets/guilt are not very uncommon in
everyones life, but the real deal is , it must not
effect , influence , control you for long time.
1.It shouldn't cause impairment into ur day to
day life activities.
2.It shouldn't take u away from ur happiness &
peace.
3.It shouldn't take away ur present moments.
4.And it shouldn't be out of proportion of ur
situation.
Whatever life you have imagined for urself
requires some basic objectives to be
accomplished, just follow one by one ur
objectives daily & complete them , slowly u will
notice the future is reshaping ,rather thinking
every moment about past or future & not acting
at the first place.
Next Steps
If ur Mood , emotions , sleep , apetite , interest ,
body strength, concentration , confidence, self
esteem & behaviour is changing persistently . I
