Sharing thoughts is a practice.U just do a little per day,then slowly u are getting with it.In our mind many things are stored,it causes stress.If we share them with our family then it unload the pressure and stress. Also make relationship bond good by sharing thoughts.
Self centred is not bad but too much self centered is bad for ur physicl and mental health.

5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or can watch a good movie.
6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym.
7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends.
