Hi From last 4 days even if am awake . I feel as of everything is not happening reality. Idk why this is happening with me. I had a medicine for cold recently Not sure if all this happened after that Please give a solution for it. Thank you

Hi there, It’s better to write the generic name of the drug that has bee consumed. Some of the adverse effects can happen with some of the anti allergic drugs taken and symptoms get sorted out once they are out of the body with their half lives as a factor. Try not to take that drug in future.
