Feeling lethargic in mornings

I feel nauseatic every morning and hence, can't eat anything. This problem is worsened whn i have to walk to office. This makes me feel more tired. I do have a good sleep but not sure what is going wrong in the mornings

Hey man as you are from Rajasthan You should drink plenty of water. Take ORS 2 to 3 packets per day for 5 day's atleast. Avoid spicy food. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap. Go for morning and evening walks.
