Hi from noon I m feeling body heat nt as fever.. once took vomit nd while burping getting a little bit of water to split.. after vomiting my throat got disturbed.. took dolo 650.. still feeling heat inside body with some irritation feeling.. I feel fear that my symptoms connected to covid. Kindly share solution
