Most adults do. So don’t worry too much about it. You should only worry if all your time is spent doing only that thing, in which case it has become an addiction and you need help with it.
Moreover, if you are watching too much porn, it’s already bad. You don’t want to add shame and guilt to it as additions. Rather get out and get active with some sport or develop some skills etc. Getting married is another great solution as that will weed out the need for porn.
If all else fails, seek Counselling help to help yourself out of it.
