Feeling feverish

Suddenly i am feeling feverish and very warm feeling but when i checked my temperature it shows 97.5- 98 at the armpit but body is very hot.why this type of feeling..one week ago i had cold and my nasal congestion with light throat pain and feverish feeling(97.5 temperature) after taking lemonate gold tablet and brozeet syrup for 2days i feel some relief but i have cough with yellow mucus in the morning. And from yesterday evening i feel light pain on my throat when i swallowing food but not during drinking water. it was very light pain but irritating. Iam doing salt water gargel. Please suggest me some medicines
