Feeling fearful and sudden pain in heart when i hear sudden sounds. It can be any kind of sound, small or big sound. And i am perfectly alright if i am aware of the sound before.

Looks like a startle response due to mild anxiety. Practice relaxation, deep breathing exercises, physical exercise. That should do. Quit unhealthy habits
