Hi am feeling dizzy since last 2 weeks. It's not that bad but there's a continuous shaky feeling inside head. Simultaneously my right ear has some sensational sound inside every time I am breathing in and out and feeling disgusted to high sounds and chaos. My height is 6.2 ft, weight - 94 kgs, BP - 139/85
