Most of the time I feel dizzy while sleeping .. I feel dizzy while standing again .. .. What is the reason for this?

It could be due to multiple issue. Are you on any medications? Any history of BP, sugar, thyroid? Get a CBC, thyroid, sugar levels checked!! Any history of nausea/weakness/lethargy/stomach upset?? Any history of weighloss? Need detail history for proper evaluation and management
