I can understand your distress, but don't worry there is a definite solution available for your problem. There are times when we engage in too much repression of thoughts which may end up increasing our anxiety levels. I strongly suggest a one to one counselling session with a Clinical Psychologist, and you must also visit a Psychiatrist, as I strongly that medicines along with counselling can definitely solve your problem .
