Hi I am anus pain last 20days I have done sitz bath twice daily I have taken monocef tablet used fidonal ointment but it is reduced and again pain is coming Kindly give me suggestions

Hey this pain needs to be evaluated Most probably this must be due to anal fissure Treatment Fornicaine ointment local application at pain site for Week twice daily after bath Sitz baths thrice daily for week Analgesics and antacids to be used High fibre diet Kindly consult for detailed evalution and treatment
