Dear Doctors I feel something stuck in my throat and tongue problem. Actually i couldn't identify this medicine name. Can you please help me?

The writing is not legible but probably the medicines are: 1. Azithromycin 500 to be taken once daily 2. Diclofenac is for pain 3. Rabeprazole 20, empty stomach half hour before breakfast 4. Candid mouth paint apply on the tongue
