Feeling urinary bladder is full even after passing urine. Sometimes bloating. Feels like having something inside stomach always.

You need to do a uroflowmetry and ultrasound examination of abdomen and pelvis with post void residual urine assessment. An examination is mandatory.  Show to a Urologist nearby.
