Feel Like Passing Stool When I Go Out

Hi I am facing this weird issue of going to the bathroom for passing stool just before I leave home to go anywhere outside I have no clue why this happens. Also i often feel like passing stool while i travel in car. In bus or train it does not affect at all. I have car sickness too. Why do i have this issue?
