A healthy 3 month old infant should be taking between 75-100 ml at each feed, 7-8 feeds in a day. 30 ml is less for his age.
Normally kids spit out pacifier when hungry. If your baby's milk intake is getting affected, try weaning off from pacifier gradually. Reduce the number of pacifier hours slowly Give pacifier only for sleep time, that is during naps and bedtime. Then gradually take out during naps. If baby cries, try to console him by gentle rocking, singing to him.
Try to breastfeed your baby whenever you are home. You may express milk in the office if feasible to you.
Also get him checked by pediatrician once to rule out tongue-tie or oral problems. And also rule out any infection.
