My baby is three month old today.My concern is can I feed my three month old in sleeping position.is it consider safe ?

Yes it is safe, it is one of the recognised breastfeeding  position. Make sure you don't fall asleep in this position as there's risk of suffocation of the baby.

Yes u can...But learn proper feeding position I'm sleeping position from lactation consultant or gynaecologist or by from pediatrician physically
