Feeding and lactation
4 months baby girl. I need help with changing the babies feeding position from lying down to sitting, as because of the lying habit developed, my sister is unable to feed if they go out of their house. Also , her baby refuses breast milk while awake and gets cranky if the latch time is late. My sister lives in Germany and doesn't have any support or quick access to a consultation. Any help and suggestions will be helpful. Thank you doctors.
Mother can feed sitting, with baby lying on their side baby's head resting on mother's elbow. There are other positions also that can be tried

If there are no problems with breast, nipple or the latching baby should take feeds. If not pumping and expressing can be tried
