My baby had febrile seizure when she had a fever at age of 18 months once and after we had taken for vaccinations that time she got once . any scanning required

Febrile seizure doesn't require any investigations. It will settle as tha baby grows. But important point is that it should be actually febrile seizure and not anything else.
