From last 8-9 months i am suffering from fear of diseases. Every time when i relax i always focus on my mild illness and always research about that disease on internet. I always have fear that i have a serious illness and i should meet doctor.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Your description of symptoms suggest a condition called hypochondriasis. Individuals develop this condition for various reasons. However it can be debilitating. Hence you must consult Psychiatrist without delay for assessment and appropriate treatment/support. Best wishes.
