Hello sir/ madam, since march am feeling so much anxious and fear of death, intrusive thoughts, repetitive thoughts am getting, ( will I live tomorrow? , What happens to me in sleep ?, What happens to me next moment if am alone ? , Because of this am not staying or going anywhere alone, am going through so much pain , but I don't want to give up so easily , am worrying about my family also, and thoughts about god like if i hurt someone will god punish me ? Or if i dont pray god will god dont like me ? Like these thoughts are arising and when am watching tv or sitting alone i feel something is passing by am so much Afraid, i think its bcz of my illusion and overthinking pls help me what am going through.
