Fear of Acl graft tear

2018-08-30 01:28:06
I underwent an ACL reconstruction on 14th August and since then I have been doing some PT as suggested by my doc, however while perfoming each exercise I fear that I'll tear the graft, also I keep ending up getting some jerks here and there not major ones but really minor ones. Can you please advise on how much is too much

Don't worry the graft will be intact and we are sure the doctor has checked it via mri too. The associated symptoms are normal and complete return to good functions and stronger knees happens bare minimum 3-4months post operation with proper physiotherapy rehabilitation.  Consult at our clinic for sports physiotherapy rehabilitation
Next Steps
