Fatty liver type 2

My recent Lft test report Serum bilirubin 0.92 SGOT 105.7 SGPT 123.8 NON ALCOHOLIC, non diabetic patient. weight minimise 1 kg after getting report by regular walking around 6 kms daily. Taking medicine udiliv 300, evion 400... kindly assure any further medicine need to change or update ?? what should other precautions I should take? Is there any serious issue??

The liver enzyme increase may be due to many reason's.The food and medicine we take are metoblised through liver.How is your Appetite?What is the reason you got tested only  for LFT Please get your Ultrasound of Abdomen done.
