Fatty liver occurs because of excess of oils, ghee and fats in diet. When either the intake of fats is more or utilisation is less. Only medicines won't work. You need to cut down on the fat content in your diet and also increase tge utilisation by excercise (brisk walking At least 30 mins in a day for atleast 4-5 days in a week).

Also add lots of fresh fruits and vegetables salads in diet.
Take plenty of fluids.
Avoid oily and spicy foods, junk foods, colas (carbonated beverages) etc.
