I have fatigueness for almost 2 to 3 months and i was taking some blood tests . Recently I was having the shortness of breath sensation and doctor asked to do sinus CT and results were possitive. At same time my RBC level was droped from 5.2 to 4.33 between 3 months . Is it due to any reason and should I need to worry about that. My current Hemaglobin level is 13.3 Hematocrit level is 39. My WBC is 11.4
