Fatigue, weakness, dizziness

Hi - years ago had the exact same feelings of fatigue, weakness and dizziness and heavy heart beat, got blood tested and the found low white blood cell counts and extremely high liver enzymes. This heals on its own in 2 weeks. A year ago, I got a liver scan, and it showed no damage. Could I have re-damaged my liver in a year's time?
