I am in pre diabetic range. Around sugar  fasting 125. Getting only 5 hours sleep. Pl suggest me good diet and medicine or exercise for good sleep

Hi. Pre-diabetic range need to be taken care of. You need not to sleep more, but, take high protein diet. And, eat in every 2 hours alongwith fibre rich food.

You cannot decide on the range of pre-diabetic or diabetic just by sugar levels tested using a glucometer. I would suggest to get your HbA1c levels tested.
