Hello doc, I have some fever, weakness, fatigue, I also done covid test report is negative and I have done cbc, FBS, ppbs, cholesterol, iron study, lft, rft. All reports are normal but in lft globulin  is 4 g/dl, triglycerides 219 mg/dl and my erythrocytes are 5.09 mil/ul. What's the problem??? Do I need any further investigations to be done??? Please help
