A skin problem has surfaced on my father's ( age 77 ) leg. Please suggest a good medicine / ointment. Daily he takes medicines for - Blood pressure, Blood Thinning, Prostate Gland, Acidity, Parkinsonism ( early stage , although almost recovered ) Attached a picture of the affect area of his leg. Their is no pain or any kind liquid coming out.
