Hi - This happens perhaps because of sedentary lifestyle & improper foods habits. U need low carbohydrate diet mainly rice/ rice products. try to v small but frequently whole grains rich in fiber. No fast,junk,oily,fried foods. avoid cream based foods on regular basis. fresh vegetables, fruits except banana, coconut dry fruits can help u. most importantly u v to practice body poses/yoga ,2 times early morning walking, skipping, etc Exercises. so plan proper diet as well as Exercises plans.
