Hello, My gym trainer is telling me to take a fat burning suppliment for better results. I wanna know the effects and side effects of fat burner suppliments. My trainer recommended me Muscle Blaze - Fat burner. I've attached pic of that suppliment and 1 pic is about the ingredients used in this suppliment. Please suggest me that I should use this product or not Thanks Nd Regards Jasmine Kaur Delhi

Hi, we don't recommend any fat burning products to our patients. Let healthy food and exercise be the key of your weight loss. But still if you wanna gobfor it please consult your doctor in regard to the same.
