I'm concerned that i might be diabetic in future as my fasting test came its 106. Is it serious or is it reversible? 152cm height 96kgs 29yr old female

Hi, Fasting sugar value can be normal upto 100. Since yours came around 106, it is kind of a warning to control diet and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Since your BMI is more than normal, that should be the first priority to take care of. Start doing small exercises and lets start with walking daily. Currently you are not diabetic but if you do not maintain healthy diet and lifestyle, there is a probability that these numbers to go up. Please get your hba1c and post prandial blood sugar done and I would like to know more about your history and your family history.
