Falling sensation

Hi yesterday I was eating my dinner by sitting on bed suddenly I felt that I will fall for 2 second but again I was back to normal. Since then m not feeling good feels like so so sleepy. Is it something to worry or its normal due to tired work ?? Before eating was having headache but after eating it went away. Let me know there is something to worry for me ??

May be due hypoglycaemia These symptoms are not uncommon in hypoglycaemic episodes Follow up investigation for blood glucose is advisable

You can't ignore your symptoms. We will have to ask you a few questions and record your Blood pressure periodically. We will have to look for Diabetes and Hypertension and Ischemic Heart disease. Please don't think that you are so young.
