Before 8 mnth I visited dr Anita goyal.My ovulation study was fyn.tsh,prolactin,montoux was nrml.i hav somewhat uterus prolapse problem nd dysmenorrhoea.on dat time dr said to try for approx 3 mnths nd then do semen analysis.after 3 months we did analysis which was 25 sperm motility.after taking ayurvedic medicine for 3 months  it raise to 50 in Feb month.we tried again but getting fail to conceive again and again.now we are not taking any kind of medicine.please advice us properly

Hi. you have done most of the relevant tests but tubal patency tests report is not there . You need to do HSG test on day 7 to day 9. Further treatment will depend on that .
