Facing problems after Post covid

I had covid 1 month ago ,now recovered but still not feeling completely fit as earlier, getting exhausted so quickly ( like after 30 minutes of walking) &  have thyroid problem also. &  face heaviness in head sometimes ( if maybe due to thyroid I think).

Fatigue is most common post covid Just don't worry,relax and have rest for 1 week atleast...will get

Avoid spicy food,be hydrated and take coconut water,dry fruits,fresh fruit juices,eggs,high protein diet take proper sleep for atleast 8hr per day
