I need to make my face a little fair, due to dirt and blackheads looking a little aged..so pls suggest me the proper face wash and cream or whatever that is required

Face wash and creams are suggested according to basic skin type.dry skin should be washed with cleanser and not a face wash or soap.so according to skin type is it advisable to start products.
