Face swell and pigmentation

From last 3-4 months my face is a little bit swollen and also i have pigmentation around my mouth area from past 6-7 months ..i have gain 5-6 kg of weight in last 3-4 months .i have my blood test report here

Low b12Thyroid normal. Tb neurokind forte od one at night for two months. Others r just deranged. They are not at all the reason for pigmentation. Consult dermatologist.
