Hi, The face is so dry that it almost gets like dandruff on face.. mostly near the nose and mustache area. He uses cetaphil cream but mostly that doesn't end up helping in the long run either. Please suggest what can be used instead. Thanks

Use a soap free face wash like moiz and a face cream that has emolient and glycerine in it. That will help. But 1st get a consultation done to rule out any other cause of the same
