Face flush and shoulder pain

I am having very bad burning sensation in face while cooking food. Also I am having shoulder pain when I raise my arm . The pain is not constant . When I raise my arm , the pain is severe. I am reading over internet that it can be caused by lung tumor . Please help me as to what it can be ? What should I do ?

First upon your tell detailed history Lung tumor may have shoulder problem ... But don't believe simply Google source better to consult a doctor It can be vitD defiency, Calcium defiency Many causes are there..
