My daughter studies as well works as a teacher. So she needs to read and write a lot,also needs to use computer. She often gets her eyes tired and stressed,this is becoming a common thing...she wears glasses and does yoga, leads a routine life,but tired eyes give her headache very often

Hi she need to take 5 mins breaks in between the work to reduce the stress and strain on eyes . Good sleep and good diet is very important
