Eyes intolerance to sunshine and air

I use spect and check eyes regularly. Since 2 months my eyes have become too weak to tolerate a little sunshine and air while I'm travelling on bike. Water drops continuously while travelling and there is blurred vision even if I'm wearing spect. What are the causes?

Are you a regular computer user if so it might be computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids
