Sir/madam my upper eyelid got swollen inflamed often before .now it's swollen like lump and growing since 2 weeks and painless what should I do pls help

Consult Now
It looks like chalazion.  You may need a small surgical procedure to remove it. Please consult local ophthalmologist for the same.  In the meanwhile, you can do warm compresses.

Looks like Chalazion..can do warm compresses. Follow up with local ophthalmologist it requires small surgery to drain it out.
