For about 3 months now, my eye lashes have been touching my spectacles and smudging them and making them dirty. Even after getting the nose pad adjusted, it is the same. I wanted to know can the eyelashes touching the glasses can harm my eye in any way?

You should always wear the spectacles with correct fitting. The only solution is to choose the spectacles in which your lashes does not touch the glasses. Chronic touch can cause irritation and at times loss of lashes.
