What can I take to keep my eyes healthy . Can I take sapta Amrit loha without any disease.? Or something else for eye vision strengthening ?

Eat healthy food which Is rich in vitamin A. can also do eye exercises which is beneficial for your eye strengthening.

Yes you can but you need to do eye excercises if their is mucke weakness. If dryness and itching is there treatment is different.So need to know proper history.

If you are having dryness in ur eyes and vision is weak u can take triphala ghee akshi tarpan
And if u have any itching or redness conjunctivitis you can wash you eyes with triphala kashya
