My left eye has been twitching for almost 2 weeks everyday for about 5-10 seconds. This happens whenever I tightly shut my eyes. Please advise what to do

eyes flickering /twiching occurs due to mental tension or neropath .take tab or inj methyl cobalamine 1500 iu and tab alprazolam. .25 mg at bed time.
