My sister is 24 years old. She uses -2 power spectacles for many years. Gor past 3-4 months she has headache and eye strain due to reading and mobile use. Now she feels nausea also. Consulted many doctors. No help. What should we do?

Hi ... Look for other causes for nausea also Do fundus exam ..any vertigo , migraine etc.

First of all get the power of eye checked Nausea can be due to refractive error. Ask her to blink frequently Take adequate sleep Put ice packs over your upper eyelids Take break after 20 min for 20 sec and look at 20 feet
